1. 5-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 5-day money-back guarantee for all new paid subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with Draft.software within the first 5 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund—no questions asked.

This guarantee applies to:

  • First-time subscribers only
  • Both monthly and annual subscription plans
  • Requests made within 5 days of the initial payment

2. Annual Plan Refunds

If you cancel your annual subscription after the 5-day guarantee period:

  • You may request a pro-rated refund for unused months
  • Refunds are calculated based on full months remaining in your subscription
  • Any discounts applied to the annual plan will be prorated accordingly
  • Pro-rated refund requests must be made within 30 days of your cancellation request

3. Monthly Plan Refunds

Monthly subscriptions are not eligible for refunds after the 5-day guarantee period. When you cancel a monthly subscription:

  • You retain access until the end of your current billing cycle
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused days within a billing period
  • Your subscription will not auto-renew after cancellation

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscription renewals after the initial 5-day guarantee period (monthly plans)
  • Usage-based charges or overage fees
  • Add-on services or one-time purchases
  • Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
  • Refund requests made more than 30 days after the relevant charge

To request a refund:

  2. Include your registered email address and the reason for your request
  3. Our support team will respond within 2 business days
  4. Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

Once approved, refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

7. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We're committed to resolving any issues promptly. Accounts with disputed charges may be suspended pending resolution.
